What is your favorite Baltimore Restaurant?
This is so hard, but RHouse will probably hold a special place in my heart forever.
What's your best Loyola memory?
Going to Rally in the Alley as an underclassman was so much fun.
If you could tell your freshman self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Relax! But also, put yourself out there more and try to meet as many new people as you can.

Hi, my name is Jack Coogan and I'm a Journalism major with a minor in marketing from New Rochelle, New York.
What is your favorite Baltimore Restaurant?
This year I'd probably say my favorite has been The Backyard in either Towson or Fells Point, but it seems like I have a new favorite place every year.
What's your best Loyola memory?
Honestly, the whole thing. Every day in every semester just blends together into one with all of the people I've met so it's hard to just pick out one specific memory. Coming back to school after COVID for the first time and seeing people I hadn't seen in months was pretty cool though.
If you could tell your freshman self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Probably to just pay a little bit more attention freshman year, but still to enjoy it of course.

What's your favorite Baltimore Restaurant or Bar?
There's a lot of great places I still want to try out, but recently my favorite has been Choptank.
What's your best Loyola memory?
Junior Year. I went abroad in the fall and loved Greece, traveling, and everyone I met and became friends with. The spring semester was a great memory too (before the pandemic hit) because I was reunited with all my friends and all of our abroad friends began hanging out with each other.
If you could tell your freshman self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Live in the moment, enjoy your college experience while it's here and stop stressing so much!

What is your favorite Baltimore Restaurant?
I absolutely love food so this is a tough question for me to answer but if I had to choose one meal right now it would be a Philly cheesesteak from Magerks. They’re big authentic Philly cheesesteaks and they’re the best I’ve ever had. On Thursdays you can get one for only $4.50. It's also a fun bar to hang out at in Federal Hill!

What's your best Loyola memory?
Some of my best times at Loyola come from my sophomore year when I lived with 7 other guys. I didn’t know them really well going into it but now they’re my best friends. If I had to choose one memory from this year it would probably be when my friend visited late in the Spring. It was a really nice day and we ended up going outside of Newman to play volleyball with people we didn’t know. We had an absolute blast and ended up playing till it was dark. After we went out for a night of fun in Federal Hill!

If you could tell your freshman self one piece of advice, what would it be?
If I could tell my freshman self to not do one thing it would be to not start dating someone until at least late Spring. Go out and find your close friends first. There will be plenty of time for dating later in college I promise. Also don’t freak out if you’re struggling in a few classes early on. College is a big life adjustment so just do your best and you’ll get the hang of it!

What is your favorite Baltimore Restaurant?
That is a tough question, but I would have to say Art House in Hampden, their pizza is amazing and it's all relatively inexpensive.
What's your best Loyola memory?
Studying abroad in Auckland, NZ in the Fall of 2019! It was easily the coolest experience of my entire life and one I never miss the opportunity to talk about.
If you could tell your freshman self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Don't be so hard on yourself - you're so young, you have time to figure it all out! With that being said, make the most of these next four years, because it flies by quicker than you realize.

What's your favorite Baltimore Restaurant or Bar?
See, I didn't want to be that guy but this place called BRD has the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had in my life. It's in RHouse in North Baltimore.
What's your best Loyola memory?
Now, I DON'T recommend this but my freshman year finals week when my friends and I stayed up every night procrastinating and laughing until the sun came up.
If you could tell your freshman self one piece of advice, what would it be?
Cherish the small moments you spend with your friends and get your butt up and go to class.

Hi, my name is Brandon Bradsher and I am a Communications major and a Marketing minor. I'm also from a small town in Maryland called Ellicott city.
What's your favorite Baltimore Restaurant or Bar?
I would say my favorite Restaurant in Baltimore is Miss Shirleys because I've been eating there since freshman year religiously. My favorite bar is Power Plant because of the amount of fun every time I go.
What's your best Loyola memory?
My favorite memory from Loyola would have to be this year. COVID has created a lot of problems for our world but for mine it has formed a better and closer bond to my friends and family. Getting to spend more time than usual is a blessing in disguise.
If you could tell your freshman year self one piece of advice, what would it be?
I would say have fun and actually take advantage of the four years you spend here. You're going to make mistakes, that's inevitable, but learning from your mistakes is what turns you into the young adult you set yourself to be.
